No. We don’t make decisions for students. Instead, we narrow the field of options using data from the Birkman assessment and guide them in interpreting which options fit their personality and needs. The result is a more focused, confident approach to choosing the right path.
We provide coaching through two one-hour Zoom sessions. Each session includes a discussion of the Birkman results, value proposition, strengths, and personalized career direction. Students may also ask questions and explore scenarios.
Yes. Fathom AI Notetaker records each session so you can review the conversation later. We also post session notes to Basecamp, our collaboration tool, for easy access and future reference.
Most students complete their assessment and two coaching sessions within 1–3 weeks, depending on scheduling. All reports and recordings remain available for future use.
Absolutely. If the student chooses, some prefer to meet independently, while others prefer having a parent involved. We support either approach.
