Career Upside helps individuals, families, leaders, teams, and organizations better understand how people are wired to perform, communicate, make decisions, and work together.
We provide career coaching, Birkman-based assessment coaching, student and parent career exploration, student-athlete development, leadership coaching, executive coaching, team performance consulting, talent acquisition support, marketing team coaching, and related services.

Career Upside uses The Birkman Method and related Birkman reports as part of certain coaching, consulting, team, career exploration, talent, and leadership engagements.

Career Upside does not use Birkman data as the sole basis for high-impact decisions such as hiring, promotion, termination, scholarship decisions, team selection, medical decisions, or legal decisions. AI tools are used to support the coaching and consulting process. They do not replace human judgment, professional interpretation, coaching conversation, or final review by Career Upside.
If you do not want Career Upside to use AI tools with your personal information, Birkman data, coaching materials, or assessment-related information, you may request that in writing by emailing Todd.McCarty@career-upside.com. We will make reasonable efforts to honor that request moving forward.
